Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Cloud Porter aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
1. Right to Access
You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We store only your Google Profile ID and email, which you can view in your dashboard.
2. Right to Rectification
You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. Since we sync directly with Google, you should update your details on your Google Account.
3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You have the right to request that we erase your personal data. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data from our operational database. Note that files stored in your Google Drive must be managed via Google Drive directly.
4. Data Portability
You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
5. Processing of Data
We process your data solely for the purpose of facilitating the file management features you explicitly request. We do not use your data for marketing or tracking purposes.
